RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the A.C.T. Services, Inc. website and applies to all consultation services, advisory services, digital communications, written recommendations, strategy sessions, and other professional services offered through this website.

NATURE OF SERVICES
A.C.T. Services, Inc. provides digital and professional consultation services. Due to the intangible nature of these services, products purchased through this website cannot be physically returned.
By purchasing any service from A.C.T. Services, Inc., the customer acknowledges that consultation services are customized, time-sensitive, and created specifically for the customer.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Customers may request cancellation of an order within three (3) hours of purchase, provided that:
• Service delivery has not commenced;
• No consultation has been scheduled or performed;
• No written advice, report, recommendation, or consultation materials have been provided;
• No work has been performed by A.C.T. Services, Inc. on behalf of the customer.
If these conditions are satisfied, a full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of A.C.T. Services, Inc.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following services are non-refundable:
• Completed consultation sessions;
• Scheduled consultations occurring within twenty-four (24) hours;
• Written advisory responses;
• Digital consultation reports;
• Strategy recommendations;
• Email consultations;
• Any customized service prepared specifically for the customer;
• Services already delivered, initiated, or substantially performed.
Once service delivery has begun, no refunds shall be required or provided except where mandated by applicable law.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to scheduling communications in a timely manner.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation, failure to respond to communications, or failure to provide requested information shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

RESCHEDULING
A.C.T. Services, Inc. may permit rescheduling requests submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Rescheduling requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment may be denied at the sole discretion of A.C.T. Services, Inc.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact A.C.T. Services, Inc. before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of non-delivery, or abuse of payment dispute procedures may result in immediate termination of services and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Consultation services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. A.C.T. Services, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, financial results, business performance, or future success resulting from any consultation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.C.T. Services, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.

EXCEPTIONS
Nothing in this policy shall limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law.
